The New York Law School Law Review is a participant in the Open Access Law Program, a program designed to make legal scholarship freely available online to everyone, without undue copyright and licensing restrictions.

Consistent with these principles, the Law Review posts all content online in easily accessible pdf format. The Law Review acquires limited rights to the content, permitting it to publish and post the material. Copyright remains with the author.
