Exonerating the Innocent: Pre-Trial Innocence Procedures was sponsored by The New York Law School Law Review and the West Point Center for the Rule of Law.

The purpose of the West Point Center for the Rule of Law is to promote the development, application, dissemination, and teaching of the Rule of Law in all its dimensions, thus contributing to success on the battlefield and safeguarding and respecting of human rights. The goal of the center is to examine current and potential issues related to the Rule of Law. The Center will pursue an ambitious and comprehensive program of activities to explore and promote a greater understanding and appreciation for the Rule of Law as well as serving as an engine of change in the area of law critical to West Point and the Army.
